My keyboard has been doing this thing where it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I kept the keyboard up to date on updates and tested out other keyboards with the cable. I’m not really sure what the problem is but my guess is the hardware itself. It wasn’t really doing this in the beginning so not sure what I can do. Thanks for the help!

Jst cable connection may be loose. Open up the keyboard and make sure the cable connection between the usbc daughterboard and main pcb is secure.
I meant to say troubleshooting!
So it’s more of the keyboard parts being loose? @tribal oak
Yeah the 80HE has a little daughterboard for usb connection and vibrations from shipping transit or moving keyboard around can cause the cable to come loose. Another potential issue is if you’re using a usb hub, or usb switcher, or if your usb ports on your motherboard simply aren’t providing sufficient power to the keyboard.
That’s what I thought about the cables and the power but when I connect the cable to other keyboard it seems like it’s working fine. I’ll check the daughter board on the weekend since I don’t have the keyboard with me, but thanks for the insights! Will lyk how it goes
Are you using a usb hub?
Keyboard power draws aren’t 1:1 necessarily. A cheap box store keyboard you’ll find for like $10 is going to typically require much less power to function. Hall effect boards like wootings are considered power hungry for a keyboard. Typically anytime you use a hub, switcher, or have multiple devices already pulling power from your motherboard, you can run into issues.
I’m using the glorious keyboard cable since my other keyboard is glorious
