#My Wooting suddenly went black and stopped working

Hey everyone,
I’m currently typing this using the on-screen keyboard because my Wooting suddenly went completely black and stopped working right after I restarted my PC.

Here’s what’s happening:
-The keyboard shows no lights at all and doesn’t respond.

  • When I plug it in, Windows still makes the connection sound.

Wootility doesn’t recognize it — it says “no device connected.

-I already tried changing the USB cable, USB port, and restarting my PC. Nothing changed.

It was working perfectly just before this happened, so I have no idea what caused it.
If anyone knows what I could try next or how to recover it, I’d really appreciate your help 🙏

Ok I also tried the method where you have to grant permissions in the browser, but the permission pop-up doesn’t appear on the left side like it should. So I can’t allow access, and Wootility still can’t detect the keyboard.

Si i tried with Microsoft Edge too, and it’s the same problem.
I don’t understand why, because the Wooting Restore tool is installed and showing up correctly, but the browser still doesn’t detect the keyboard.
