I recorded a video to showcase what's going on. In every RTS game where I use the shift the game doesn't recognize the shift being pressed down and will undo the selection action. I do not know if it's a setting that should be turned off or not. I also swapped out the switches with extras that was included in the carrying case and it still hasn't fixed the issue. Also my keyboard is brand new (only a day old).

#Both my shift keys function irregularly.

I did additional troubleshooting and I found out the weird shift issues persist when changing keyboards and still persisted when uninstalling wootility. So at this point I do not think it's a keyboard issue and possibility a weird software issue. The random behavior only started when switching keyboards and installing the software so I'm even more confused.
Can you check if Filter Keys and Sticky Keys are disabled in Control Panel?
- Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the keyboard easier to use > Disable Filter Keys and Sticky Keys.
