I had switched to my 80 he from 60he after a long time. My 80he is not modded, it was working fine when I first connected but after the update I was tweaking the RGB, as my profiles and settings got deleted for some reason, and suddenly it stopped working. I filed a support ticket but also wanted to share here. I tried connecting to a different port and also my laptop both these steps did not cause anything. Also used my stock 60he cable and even that cable did not fix it. I saw that it doesnt seem to be discoverable on device manager either. I had the keyboard running on 8k polling.
