After you do a factory reset do you change any settings? Or does it just come back automatically?
it just comes back auttomatically
I see. Do you have another USB cable you can try, or a different USB port?
Just ruling out any obvious defects.
just switched back to the usb cable that my module came with and now it seems to be working fine, could it be the coiled cable i was using?
Definitely possible.
If you are experiencing your keyboard pressing random keys and opening programs, then you came to the right video. The issue is usually caused by an instable amount of voltage entering the board. Follow along to see what you can do about it.

Cables that aren't built well enough can cause glitching behaviour with our keyboards.
you think a wooting coiled cable would be a better option? i still want to use a coiled cable
by that i mean would that solve my issue
That's exactly why we make and sell the Detachable cable. To ensure people who like coiled cables have an option we can guarantee works with our keyboards.
With aftermarket cables from other brands, we can't guarantee they work, and recommend buying them from somewhere that allows order returns in case they don't.
okay sweet, guess i will be buying that cable from you guys. any potential sales coming up that i should wait for?
We don't do discounts like that - However you should have a discount code already in the hub for a cable due to your 60HE purchase.
Access and edit your orders, connect your discord, and manage your Wooting account.
