#wooting update broke my keyboard ?

Are you getting an error?
To verify, you’re following all the instructions with holding down the necessary keys as you plug the keyboard back in?
if i connect or disconnect my pc recognizes a device being plugged in or disc w the sound from connections but shows as woot restore
I get that…but did you follow the instructions in wootility to properly enter restore mode?
yes, ive had this for a year or so updated and from there just went black and unresponsive even though pc shows a device connects

Do you have the keyboard plugged into a usb hub?
yes
Plug it into the motherboard
And then try to restore. Many usb hubs don’t work well with wooting devices. Especially when updating or restoring
So it’s plugged directly into the motherboard?
