As shown in the screenshot, I’ve already set up Rappy Snappy / Snappy Tappy, but I’d like to request a feature improvement. At the moment, we can only lock two keys together. For example, I’d like to create combinations such as A + LShift and D + LShift.

Right now, once two keys are locked, they’re stuck together and can’t be reused in another combo. It would be extremely helpful if, in a future update, we could:

Add more than two keys into an Advanced Keys setup.

Unlock or reuse keys, so they’re not permanently tied to just one combination.

This flexibility would make the feature much more versatile, not only for CS2 and other FPS titles but also for many different games where more advanced key combos are useful.

I really appreciate the work that’s already gone into Wooting keyboards and look forward to seeing future improvements.

Can you provide a use-case for being able to do these key combinations

I typically play a lot of MMOs, where there are tons of spells and abilities in the power tray. During combat, I often have multiple fingers resting on nearby keys, but I only want one specific ability to trigger. The issue is that while I’m deep-pressing the key I intend to activate, some of the adjacent keys may also register slightly, causing unintended actions.

Having more flexible key combinations would help prevent this by letting me fine-tune which key inputs should be linked together — or ignored — in specific contexts.

In other games, like FPS titles, there are moments of impatience or quick reactions where I might tap a key just a bit too lightly or unintentionally. For example, I’ve occasionally swapped to a grenade mid-gunfight just because of a minor accidental press. Being able to create more advanced key combinations or reuse keys in different setups would make it easier to control these inputs and reduce those unwanted mistakes.

I also understand that adjusting the actuation point on certain keys might help mitigate this, but during intense or panic moments, I tend to press heavily regardless. So, even with customized actuation points, those unintended presses can still happen simply due to the way I physically input commands. This becomes even more noticeable in MMOs, where some spells have longer cast times while others trigger almost instantly when pressed.

In cases like this, I feel that Rappy Snappy could help handle inputs more precisely — especially if it were possible to chain multiple keys together (for example, keys 1 through 7 for different abilities). This would make spell rotations and complex input sequences much smoother and more reliable.

I hope this all makes sense. I’m not sure if this idea is technically feasible or worth implementing, or if it might even start crossing into territory that could be considered too close to automation or cheating. Still, I think there’s potential for it to be a genuinely useful and creative feature — especially as games evolve. It could even have applications in genres like fighting games, helping players land combos more effectively. (Though personally, I’ve only played those on controller so far.)
