Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!

I have sent an email and it was auto-responded by a BOT that said, it will take between 5-10 days to be delivered
And be delivered by local post
Which is not true
DHL has a delivery service and it will be delivered by DHL Romania Service
Anything else to do and maybe get an answer from the carrier?
did you contact romania DHL customer support then??
since they are the one doing the delivery
I have left an email to DHL Romania, my first instict was to contact Wooting support but ill let you know if I get any answer
