#Owlabs x Wooting plate posts defective

Hello friends! Just built into the Owlabs x Wooting case and the sounds and the looks are amazing. It's just awesome.

The issue I had while building though is that several posts used to separate the plate from the PCB didn't have any threading to speak of. Luckily, I had enough of them to secure the board in such a way that all switches register a full press at 4.0mm but I can't help but feel that a product of this quality (and pricepoint) shouldn't have this sort of issue. Right now, 2 of the posts are only secured on one side (PCB side). The screws used on the plate side rotate uselessly when attempting to screw them in.

Is there a way to receive some new posts/screws for this case? I am planning on getting the 60hev2 when it drops and I fear that more of the posts/screws will behave this way when installing that PCB in this case.

Yep. Just created a ticket. In your experience, have requests for additional screws/plate posts been something that Wooting has obliged?

We do our best to help as much as possible.

I am not personally aware if we do stock screws/plates as separate parts for the OwLab in the warehouse but support will definitely figure out a solution with you so you get what you paid for

I did get with support but I would have to ship the case back in order to get a full new case. It's a little bit inconvenient.

If there was a measurement for the plate screws, standoffs, etc, I could get them my self from a 3rd party.
