What I want to do is declutter it and get a new desk + dual monitor mount and cable manage it, so setup is almost done.

Since majority of your gear is black. Dark theme setup will shine for you. I recommend 2 black ikea drawer units + dark brown wood counter top, dark brown floating shelve for your collectibles/display items, extended mouse pad, brown/wood mouse pad, and me personally floating monitors will look so much better then monitor arms, and also drill a hole in ur desk for your keyboard cable to make it look like your using a wireless keyboard
