D KEY not registered when CTRL KEY pressed

D KEY just didn't work when CTRL KEY is pressed. Tried to change switches but the problem still occur. If CTRL KEY not pressed, all key works fine.

Can be a software interference. Disable background softwares one by one to find what causes this.

i didnt have any background software running background. i only have wallpaper engine which is already there long time ago. it just happen tonight

and other than it only discord and spotify. i always use that

Have you tried replugging the keyboard?

yes, i tried replugging the key and i using wooting cable

i also tried to full factory reset and same problem still occur

well it only happen when i press ctrl key. if i didnt press ctrl key, the keyboard is fine

It can be difficult to hunt down since it might be software you might not think of
