I got 80he half a year ago, there were phantom presses out of box, got fixed by lowering rgb brightness but even tho problem was stull there and I just lived with it. Now it came back even with low brightness and it mostly keys like F12, F11, Print Screen, so the keys that are in top right. That happens just randomly. I know I shoud've done something when I just got the keyboard

forgot to mention that i also gave up on my custom cable for the default one as well

  • Update the firmware to the latest version.
  • Use the stock cable. If you’re already using it, try a different USB cable if available.
  • Plug the keyboard into a different USB port on the back of your PC. Don't use a KVM switch or USB Hub.

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, restore the keyboard

  • Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot > 80HE and follow on-screen instructions. Make sure to save your profiles before restoring.
