Does the keyboard experience connection issues when this occurs or is it just the LEDs? If it’s just the LED’s there’s a chance that you’ve got some other RGB/peripheral software trying to fight over control of the keyboard.
This is not about the RGB lighting, but about the keyboard constantly connecting and disconnecting from the computer. It’s as if I were plugging it in and unplugging it all the time.
You need to check JST cable, it might be loose.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push the JST cable into the PCB connector
- Reassemble the keyboard
It kind of started working, but sometimes when I play the keyboard completely stops working and I have to unplug the cable and plug it back in.
Are you sure both ends of the JST cable are plugged in properly? If so, make sure firmware is up to date. Try a different USB port on the back of your PC. Also, use the included USB-C cable. If you’re already using it, try a different cable if available. Avoid using a KVM switch or USB hub.

I unscrewed it just like they told me. All the cables are connected, so what could be the reason?
Try these. If you still have issues, then PCB might be defective and you'll need to contact Wooting.
I’m in contact with customer support by email. I sent them these photos and the message. That’s enough, right?
Yes.
make sure to press in the connectors on both end incase one is loose (the daughterboard looks a little tilted)
