Wooting 80HE constantly spamming the 8 key around 0.2-0.25mm actuation, at regular intervals..? Just got off my 60HE when getting this board and didn't have any of these issues at all on the same wooting coil.
It's basically making any actuation at that level unusable, it's constantly spamming it, although it doesn't seem to be affecting any other key?
-Wooting 80HE (Barely 2 months old...)
-Owlab Ti HE Switches
-Using the Wooting Coiled cable connected directly to the motherboard.
Not sure how long this has been going on for because I've been pusing a 1.0mm actuation and only just set it to 0.2 to see how it plays, and chat was filled with 8s. It happens with Tachyon mode Disabled, AND Enabled, and with the brightness below 70% as advised.
What I've tried:
-Reset the board
-Unplugged/replugged numerous times
-Tried the cable that came stock with the 80 (and swapping out the coil for the straight attachment).
Not sure whether it's worth taking the switch out and replacing it with a spare switch next? Or whatever is recommended.
I've watched the youtube video and the stuff I've tried is in there.
Cheers. x
