I've used this keyboard for a while now and it's strange because rarely the input delay i experience would completely vanish but then it comes back shortly and stays the same delayed input for weeks or current case a couple of months. Please help me fix this issue.

- Use the stock cable. If you’re already using it, try a different USB cable if available.
- Plug the keyboard into a different USB port on the back of your PC. Don't use KVM or USB Hub.

- Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot > 80HE and follow on-screen instructions. Make sure to save your profiles before restoring.
