Hello,
I recently purchased a new Wooting 80HE keyboard. When I connect it to my computer, the backlight does not turn on, the keyboard does not respond at all, and my computer does not recognize it. I checked the USB ports using the lsusb command via WSL — nothing appears. I also tried connecting it to a Mac, but it didn’t work there either.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
