Wooting cant connect

I was updating the keyboard and it just stopped working, i tabbed into my game on acciedent and i couldnt see what was happening, so i thought it was just updating but i wait almost half an hour and it was still not working so i unplugged it and plugged it back and still dosnt work, then i restarted my pc then fucked up cause i cant type my pin in

sounds like the firmware upload was interrupted can you follow the steps in the image to reflash/upload firmware to the keyboard
