Phantom presses and unresponsive key

My wooting60he’s window key is completely unresponsive when I press it, it also phantom presses, making my computer completely unusable.

Strangest part was when I replaced the switch, even with no switch in the slot the problem kept happening.

My temporary solution was to just disable the key entirely and switch my right control to windows instead, but would like a fix :/

Yes, I have replugged, restarted, hard reset the keyboard and everything
