The USB-C cable for my Wooting 60HE got accidentally removed as it was going through an update in the Wootility Web.
Now it is unable to be detected. The RGB does not light up, and Wootility Web does not detect it. However, every time I remove or plug in the USB-C to the keyboard, I can still hear the audio that pops up whenever the windows PC detects a device that has just been plugged in.
Seek your kind assistance on this.
