Hi Wooting team,
I’m having an issue with my Wooting 60HE. I was updating the firmware and accidentally unplugged the keyboard during the process.
Now, the keyboard doesn’t work properly:
The RGB lights don’t turn on,
None of the keys respond,
I only hear a USB connection sound when I unplug and replug it.
I’ve tried holding Esc and Esc + Home while reconnecting, but the keyboard doesn’t enter recovery mode.
Could someone guide me on how to recover my keyboard or provide the manual flash tool to restore the firmware?
Thanks a lot for your help!
