The courier hasn't scanned in the package into their systems yet. The package should be in their possession the same day as you received the tracking code via email.
Im having this same issue, hard to get useful support
Yea I got the tracking number 2 days ago on the 2nd
But the tracking is still showing that ups doesn’t have the item
I’ve waited 87 hours (excluding sundays) now with no update and no response to my support request
Then all I can say is please be patient for a response from our support team. 🙂
So does this mean like it was shipped and it’s still on the way but isn’t being like legit tracked the right way or like it was lost in shipment?
Well that’s frustrating. Finally updates around 7pm today and once it does, estimated delivery date is Monday even with “expedited shipping” and their website says they ship every business day but took two-almost three days just to ship mine. Unfortunate.
Hopefully this time it isn’t sent to the wrong house.
According to the information above, they had your package on the 2nd, scanned it in on the 4th and will deliverr it on the 8th.

They didn’t have my package on the 2nd either, that’s just when the label was created (like 5 minutes after I ordered online)
They did though - As I explained previously, they don't scan in packages on the day they receive them. It's a recent and rather frustrating change.
It shipped out yesterday when it says “we have your package” because before that it said “we’re waiting to receive your package” or whatever waiting to scan it
Oh, does that delay the shipping as well?
Couriers count their delivery estimate from when they scan in packages, not when they pick them up. Essentially giving them a couple more days to deliver.
Oof was hoping to get this soon, wish there was a more expensive shipping option with a more competent shipping company

Unless the courier delivers on weekends, I don't see how.
Doesn’t make sense, UPS ground their cheapest service offers Saturday deliveries for my area but this is the first time the tracking straight up skips the weekends
Unfortunately they all do this, my speculation is to reduce liability and push blame to the seller instead
Yea most are frustrating to deal with but have had the worst situations with UPS in my experience
