Hi,
I got the 80HE a month ago. I used it the whole month without any troubles, everything was working well. Today I was playing CS and the keyboard started to disconnect/reconnect for no appearing reason. I changed the plug, tried usb-c, tried many things, still nothing, no light.
As anyone already experienced this please ? Can I get a refund maybe ?
200+€ for that kind of keyboard is worth it ngl, but the fact that it worked for 1 month 😔.
Please help !

It’s possible that the internal JST cable has become loose, causing the keyboard to lose connection with the computer.

If this is the cause to fix this issue, you can follow our Video guide on the disassembly of the Wooting 80HE.
then simply press the two JST connectors at both ends, reassemble the keyboard, and see if this resolves the issue.

For reference a picture of the JST Cable

Sometimes, you may need to fully disassemble your keyboard, whether it's to swap out stabilizers or replace components due to a defect. In this video, we'll guide you through the process.
