personally, i think that a "sampler" product to be purchased would be a great idea. it could contain one or two of each switch that is available, and ideally be fairly cheap, not so cheap that you could theoretically fill out a keyboard for super low, but just low enough that you could try each switch type before you take the dive into the full set.
this idea for me comes from my desire to try the jade switches, but i just cant bite the bullet without knowing EXACTLY how they feel.
I'd pretty happily spend like 20 bucks on a sampler if it means being fully satisfied with the switches i end up using.
