Soft sticker on PCB

Hi,
On my keyboard PCB there is a soft sticker under the stabilizer stem (to make the stab feel smoother). However, the stabilizer stem gets stuck to this sticker when pressing.
Could you please advise what I can replace this sticker with, so that the stabilizer doesn’t stick?

Remove it.

This was put into boards initially to dampen the noise of the stabilizer - However they would on some occasions soak in some of the lube and get sticky.
