#Keyboard not connected on boot.

Hey guys, I recently purchased the Wooting 80he and I have loved it. I had no problems within the first few days. Just recently I have experienced a MAJOR issue with my keyboard. Keep in mind I didnt disconnect my keyboard or remove any device from the website. One day I just turned my PC off and went to bed, the next day I turn my PC on my wooting keyboard wont work on start. Keep in mind its still connected and wasnt disconnected. The rgb colors would also not show on the keyboard, when i tried to enter my pincode the keyboard did not respond. It is like as if it never was on in the first place. I then have to disconnect it and reconnect my other keyboard in order to type my pin code and go to wootility and then connect my wooting for it to work. The fact I will have to do this process everyday will irritate me. I seriously need someone to instruct me on how to fix this, I am not trying to use my old keyboard for any occasion.

try lowering the polling to "1000" this will change from

  • 8k (USB Hi-speed)
  • 1k (USB Full-speed)

if this shows results then i recommend to try other USB ports on the motherboard colour coded differently

oh, so what you mean is take out the cable and plug it into another port on the pc? like another one of those holes/connection holes of the pc?
