80HE already doing shit 2days after reiception

Sup I got my 80HE 2 days ago and i already have issues with it.... First (look at the pic) idk why even when i press no key my keys are already at 0.7-0.8 actuation point ??
Moreover; 90% of time when i press my enter key it just dont work at all??? Like the key don,t do what its supposed to do, it just appears on wootility that the key is pressed but on discord or google it dont do the line break

I had the exact same issue as you on the "`" key i turned off tachyon mode and it was fine

First test it without tachyon even tho it's better to not use tachyon to have more rgb customization while not affecting your performance. (Trust me, from 0.625 ms to 0.125 won't help you)

I'm someone like you who just got his wooting today and what seems to make the issue happen less is unplug your keyboard and don't use it for some time which I recommend doing it before you sleep then see what happens. I don't know if this will work or not because as I said I got mine today

Ye ik but i dont care abt the rgb customization so i preferred the performance but ye it works without tachyon

and what about the actuation key shit ?

In the settings it shows me to use 1000hz if there are instability issues which seem to happen for us both

Tachyon mode will only reduce the input latency and not any of the actuation point or rapid trigger features

hmm in this case, it may be capacitors since Tachyon mode will affect how the sensors/capacitors are powered with some slight scanning changes too

Could you take a picture of the analog monitor results with Tachyon on/off (wish to check if any other keys are affected but not as noticeable) to see if any trend or isolated region.

the analog monitor would help show this better as it shows all keys' current position, even ones not pressed enough to trigger phantom presses

this can also help show patterns or trends, e.g. scan order, mux, symptoms, etc
