when you attempt a keybaord restore what step dose it fail ?could you take a screenshot?
I get the blue RGB on pause + ▶️ then I have the windows restore juste like in the screenshot and when I try to detect my device on wootility web, it doesn't show up (same for the app)

No worry was bit conufsed when you shown the Drivers and these looked fine 🙂
- also it is pretty common issue it is plan to direct people to the restore if the keybaord is detected in "wooting restore" from that page not sure when it will be readdy
I know but I'm just blind. I tunneled vision the video from wootility 4 and didn't see that the troubleshooting button was in the help thing
