My Wooting 60He broken or just the game??? I press Shift + Spacebar it not work, but without Shift my Spacebar work fine.

So, to start if each key is working individually, then the reason it doesn't work in combination is most likely caused by the system or software actively checking the state of these keys being pressed in combination for its own purpose, causing a conflict to occur.

I will provide some software examples that have caused similar issues in the past.

  • Samsung Magician Ctrl + W
  • Nvidia Instant Replay Ctrl + Z
  • AMD Adrenaline Alt + R | Alt + Z
  • TRYX - Kanali ALT + Q

If the software listed above is unrelated to your issue as it seem to relate to "Spacebar+shift" finding the software or cause is the hard part. You can attempt the following to help narrow it down:

  • Disable any macro software currently running.
  • Disable software that has an overlay feature, such as "Steam, Epic, Overwolf, Nvidia, AMD" or others.
  • Disable software/applications that launch on startup.

if you do find the cause of the problem, please reply back as we would be interested in adding this to the list to help future cases.

Yea i just try to turn off everything, it fix my problems. And i turn on one by one then i know which app cause this problems. Thank you

not really.. the amount times razer synapse has caused issues for our keyboard is pretty common

I assume the software launches on startup and tries to interact with the "HID Keyboard Device" driver before anything else, causing issues

You could disable this on startup and set up some type of "Windows event" to launch Razer Synapse on startup after 1–2 minutes have passed

Update : Now i find out if i open Ow2 the error happen to me again, i need to turn off the game + razer app then launch it 2 3 times to fix.

Update not Ow and not the Razer app. My problems all from this app Game PP with feature Hotkeys Shield in game.

Feels pretty strange, the past 2 weeks there have been more than normal posts/tickets with key detection issues and we haven’t changed anything firmware side, so it feels like something triggered this hmm.

did you install any new software as of late?

before i have problems about my Shift keep toggle after few spam, but i change the switch just 2 days and don't feel that error happen ever again but still testing. But the problems above are new because i accidentally turn on hotkeys shield in game.

I haven't downloaded anything recently, just started up familiar software like Gearup VPN, Game PP, Nvidia exper, Discord, Razer Synapse 4, that's all.
