Hi! I recently purchased my second Wooting keyboard, but it wasn't linked to my Wooting account. After checking, I realized that I accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout. Because of that, I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, and I'm not sure how to access my order details. The shipping address is correct, and I do have the order number as well as a screenshot of the order confirmation page. What should I do in this case? Thanks in advance for your help!

If u log into their website with the right email then go to orders u should be able to claim it / transfer from the wrong email to the right one, just gotta know the order number and which email was used to order it
It takes around 1h for it to update after u transfer it
