Hello, I’ve been having issues for the past couple of months with my keyboard (approximately 2 or 3 months after I got my keyboard). I kept ignoring it however it’s starting to annoy me. When I’m gaming, my keyboard would randomly for around 3 seconds and then reconnect, however all lightings are still working. When it disconnects, it plays the windows disconnect sound, and the last key press is being inputed (like if I held W last, it would hold W for the next 3 seconds until it reconnects). It’s not a problem with the usb since I triple checked that all of the usb’s are working, and none are faulty. However I also realized when this happens, my NZXT Kraken LCD would flicker into default settings and then go back to it’s custom settings and colors that I put. I’ve also tried using a USB logger app and on windows, nothing worked at all and didn’t show anything.
Wooting Two HE, with it’s cable from the box. And to clarify, this only happens when I’m gaming, otherwise it works perfectly fine.
And I’m sorry in advance if this question is common, I don’t know how to use the search bar properly.

I would also like to add that the more graphic’s heavy game I’m playing, the more common the issue occurs. Also it never happened when connecting to another keyboard
Honestly it sure sounds like you're having some USB power issues, or a CPU that's at 100%, causing RGB apps to not update in realtime.
Do you have any tips or ideas on how I can diagnose the problem?
