Hey i ordered a wooting 80he a few days ago and was wondering does anyone have any experience with PostNL? i just choose the most expensive and shorter delivery possible thinking it would be a great idea but after a few days i already got the first issue where on the tracker they wrote "Our apologies, we did not make the promised timeframe for your delivery. Keep an eye on your track & trace overview for more information." and after checking the reviews of the website well... it doesnt really look promising... at all

Nobody ever rates their parcel carrier when things go correctly.

If you have a problem with your delivery, just contact Wooting support and they can assist.

They'll start by asking you to wait a little longer to see if it delivers normally, but if it takes too long or gets returned, a replacement shipment will be sent.
