#up arrow not working

yes already check but the arrow key still not working

Tested the profile and the arrow key works fine on my end.
I can see in your first video that your up arrow key sometimes doesn’t actuate. I’d recommend contacting Wooting regarding this issue https://wooting.io/support

Meanwhile, try the following steps:
- Restore the keyboard (Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot > 80HE and follow instructions)
- Use included USB-C cable
- Try different port and make sure the keyboard is plugged directly into the motherboard
all the step i alredy tested just now, but still cannot function
