We don't have a service center as such. We have staff who will go to one of the warehouses and spend the day inspecting returned products and get them ready for garage sales.
We have no physical store presence - it's all online.

We have warehouse partners in the Netherlands (Rotterdam), the US (Main location is in Vegas, but they also gave ancillary locations in Fort Worth and other places) and a warehouse in Hong Kong for the east Asian market.
US serves US only, HK is mainly for China, Japan, Korea and that rough area.
Netherlands handles the rest of the world.
