Can you go in Wootility > Remap and click Default and see if the issue is still there?
ive done thatg
Also try the analog monitor after to see if it recognizes F1. If it doesn’t work after that, you could try swapping the switch. If that doesn’t work, you could open up the case, and make sure the daughter board below isn’t somehow shorting that key. If all else fails, contact support directly via https://wooting.io/support

Pick the category and issue you need help with, and we'll guide you through the process.
yeah i switched the switches
Seems like HE sensor is damaged, if analog monitor doesn't show any input when you press F1. Please contact Wooting.
what is press events
i noticed when i press q which is bound to f1 and when i press it it shows press events
It’s the analog monitor. It shows analog monitoring of keypress events.
okay gotcha
Bind the f1 key to something that won’t open a new tab and see if it detects the keypress
If it doesn’t, contact support.
yeah it doesnt im contacting support thanks for the help though
He’s pressing Q which he bound to F1
If Q is bound to act as F1 then that would be the same thing?
But the F1 key is what he’s having issue with on 80HE.
The analog monitor shows it being detected
So the analog monitor shows nothing when only pressing F1?
That’s what he said
yes
