I am typing this on a different keyboard because my brand new wooting 60HE+ is completely tweaked out. When i plug my keyboard in the actuation point "visual feedback" section goes nuts and fluctuates between 0.4 and sometimes up to 2.00 when im not even touching the keyboard! ive never spilt anything on it and the thing is basically brand new ive only used for 2 months, the only thing that stops this from happening is when i updated the keyboard, it stopped finally for basically a full week and when i came back to it i feel like it got worse. Any actuation point below 2.00 (which i prefer 0.4 for gaming) it will just spam random keys mostly the CTRL and Tab keys I can provide visual proof if needed to understand the situation better. Ive tried unplugging and replugging it in but it does not work. Is there any chance i could return or get a replacement keyboard? I did really love the keyboard while it worked.
