I just got an 80HE and after a few days, it's not connecting properly to Wootility. It sometimes says it's connected, but when make a change and try to save it, it drops the connection and reverses any changes I made. The only reason I need to connect to Wootility in the first place is because the keyboard keeps changing the caps lock RGB settings on its own for some reason. The caps lock key itself randomly stops lighting up white, with the LED bar lighting up instead even though I never set it to do that. But even without that issue, not being able to connect to Wootility is a big problem.
I've tried factory resetting the keyboard (both by holding the 2 keys when plugging in and by pressing the red button in the settings menu), trying different cables, trying different ports on my PC, nothing works. It's looking like I'll have to return the keyboard, but I don't know if there's anything more I can try to do before doing that.
