Does anyone else have this issue where on the hub says shipped to you, ups says they don’t have it, and wooting hasn’t replied to the email. Shop says initially expected the 13th. Why did I pay the extra money for it be slower than standard?? Pretty rough first experience. Ordered the 10th, here on the 16th with no trace of the keyboard. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Once you have a tracking code, the courier will have normally picked up the package that same day - but it can take them up to 72 hours to actually scan in the package into the tracking system.
Expedited shipping is just the courier's priority program. It doesn't make the order get packed faster at the warehouse, so any delays are on the courier's end.
If you've already reached out to support, we'll get back to you asap during the work week.
