Trying to restore my keyboard but it fails

Sorry the picture is in french and since i don't have a keyboard idk how to make the page english for yall,
What happened is that my backspace and main enter key were not working right, so i decided to update the keyboard bc it said so, i waited a minute and since it was too long i clicked on cancel and exit, then my keyboard didn't light up again as it should after an update, instead it was still rbg less and not working, so i think i've bricked my keyboard, and i can't even restore it, it fails at like 80% of the progress bar (tried 3 times)

I have wallpaper engine, but the thing is that the keyboard is not working at ALL 😭not only the rgb but the keyboard itSELF 🙏

Because it's most likely still in restore mode

no but read the whole thing again it was "after" an update

i didn't press anything while updating, just the cancel button

You said you cancelled mid update so now it's probably in a state where you need to restore the firmware

yeah that's what i tried but as you can see in the picture it failed at the "firmware flashing" part, i gave my browser the necessary permissions, its a compatible browser for wootility web, so now i'm stuck with my keyboard that doesn't seem to wanna restore nor does it want to update

Yep, that's why shafie mentioned that those programs above which could interfere with Wootility communicating with the keyboard

Other things to try is another USB port, hub/motherboard port, original cable

it fixed itself i think, i posted the thread a day ago and retried it today and it now works

Well, it did it again yesterday when i wanted to update it, thought it would work the next day like last time but it did not, so i thought about the possible apps blocking the keyboard in any ways but i don't find any (attached a picture of what's in the background)
If there are no apps blocking the keyboard then it's probably the keyboards fault, i don't really know
