Hello,

I recently purchased a Wooting 60HE keyboard. When I open Wootility, it says that the keyboard is not detected. I have tried the following steps without success:

Used the original USB-C cable and also tested other data-capable cables.

Connected directly to different USB ports on my PC (both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0).

Launched Wootility as administrator.

Tried both Wootility v4 (Legacy) and v5 Beta from the official website.

Updated drivers and checked Device Manager.

Tried the recovery mode (holding Esc while plugging in), but Wootility still does not detect the keyboard.

Tested the keyboard on another PC — same result.

It seems like the keyboard is not being recognized at all. Could this be a firmware or hardware issue? Please advise on how to proceed.

Do you hear the "device connected" sound when you plug it in?

But it doesn't light up and you can't type with it? Or is it just not being recognized in Wootility?

If the answer is yes to the first question, try if restoring it this way works
