I have my keyboard for two days now. I haven't dropped it or anything that damaged it. Yesterday it started with keys somehow giving outputs without barely touching them as you can see in the video(I sped it up to make it shorter cause it would be too big). Today my 1 key started messing around. And when I am switching between profiles it sometimes stops or a other key starts typing. (I have different actuation points for them.)

I have tried switching out the switches and restoring the keyboard with wootility but nothing worked out. I am using my laptop keyboard again to type this cause it's not possible with the wooting unfortunately.

Should I return it or is there anything I can do about it?

What he said. Also, is your keyboard resting on top of the laptop? If so, there’s magnets in them typically so the screen stays shut and may be triggering the HE sensors on the wooting.
