Does it occur in both 8k and 1k mode?
Settings -> keyboard settings -> 8k polling
You won't have it, Mark is thinking of the 80HE

I'm not technical enough to help troubleshoot any further, beyond the simple stuff like unplugging and plugging back in, doing a factory reset (back up your profile codes first), etc...
Please contact Wooting's support via the wizard linked above so that we can investigate further
