#Wooting Return Ticket

Hey all, I made a wooting return ticket since I want to upgrade to a 80HE instead of the 60HE+ i got a few days ago. If I make a return label do I need to take the keyboard to the post office within a set amount of time or can I hold onto the label until my replacement product arrives, and then take the product I want to return to the post office? I want ot know whether I should make a return label "right away" like their email suggests or if I should wait to make the return label once I actually am ready to return it.

thank you, i submitted an actual support ticket as well since wootings website also has a similar situation whereim not sure if I should wait lol

but thank you, ill probably wait a few days then if theyre mostly only valid for 7-14 days and ill still definitely be within my 30 days so i should be good

Yeah labels don't last for long. You really should ship it back asap.

Couldn't tell you how long you have. I'd ask support just in case.
