WOOTILITY ISNT WORKING KEEP DISCONNETING WHILE CHANGING FEATURE

I changed my profile maybe 3 weeks ago at that time so issue but today while im changing it im facing issue i cant chang3e rgb any feature cant even factory reset

I can see you got some SteelSeries app running in the background, any 3rd party apps that can touch the keyboard's RGB will interfere with it; try closing any RGB softwares running in the background and try again

not working same thing while i make changes save it to keyboard it disconnect then

reconnect
