#Order Not Showing in My Wooting Account

Hello,
I recently created a Wooting account because I realized I made a mistake in my delivery address.
However, I cannot see my order in my account. When I try to add it manually, I get a message saying that the order already belongs to someone else.
Could you please help me link my order to my account so I can update my delivery information?

I have white screen.. same on my phone, and my mother phone etc etc
