Hey is it correct that I have to press the Windows key twice to open the Start menu? The same applies to the ALT key, which only opens the menu after double-clicking, for example in the browser.
According to Wotility, however, the click is already registered the first time. I can see how deep I press the key, and it should trigger at 1 mm. So I am pressing it far enough.

Try disabling sticky keys in Windows

Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard and toggle off the Sticky Keys

Also disable Filter Keys
