Hi! I got my Wooting 80HE yesterday and the title pretty much says is all. While typing, the keyboard will randomly stop accepting input and the lights will all turn off for about half a second and in some longer cases up to two seconds before coming back on its own. Not really sure if there's any known fixes for this at all.

Or if you gently shake the keyboard
