Recently, I switched my email linked to my wooting.io account by following the support team’s instructions. Unfortunately, this reset has completely wiped out my rewards, leaving me unable to claim the discount codes I had previously. My intention was to purchase the optimum keyboard upgrade, keycaps, and base, as well as the Gateron jade switches, but now I’m unable to do so without paying the full price. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
