i know i am supposed to email instead of using discord but i already emailed last week and they didn’t respond so i sent a follow up email today. basically i bought a keyboard and accidentally put the wrong adress because i forgot to put the street number. so, i emailed them minutes after but a shipping label was made. i put the item on hold and then changed the address and unheld it. today, it was delivered to a parcel address even though i changed the address and i can’t call the post office because it’s closed. i also emailed wooting but it takes 5 business days to respond. any tips? 😭
