#Customer Support Frustrating Experience

I recently ordered a Wooting 80HE and must’ve accidentally ordered a 70 pack of switches instead of a 90 pack. Been in a long back and forth with customer service asking for them to cover shipping costs for another 20 pack because:

  1. When I ordered all the components shipping was free. It’s not when I order just the 20 pack and it’s almost half the cost of the item itself.
  2. There was a bundle discount for ordering components together which doesn’t apply when buying just the 20 pack.
  3. Me explaining that returning the entire order and rebuying the same thing with 90 pack will cost them more than just waiving the shipping fee. Refunding fee + processing + repackaging is much more than the 5$ shipping fee.

I thought Wooting was good for their customer service. I made a genuine error buying the wrong amount of switches but now I’m just going insane trying to reason with customer support. I’m not wrong in thinking that I want to save both ends time and money for something so simple?
