I just noticed while generating my invoice that my order was placed with the wrong shipping address. The order status shows that it has not yet shipped, but it’s likely too far along in processing to edit online.
I’m in Belgium, and I understand that if the parcel is delivered to the listed address, the inhabitants there may be considered the recipients/owners, so the courier won’t be able to help me recover it. I really need to pause or hold the shipment until this is fixed.
Is there a faster way to reach support than opening a ticket since this said 5 days and its likely way to late then? A phone number, live chat, or a direct contact who can place the order on hold or correct the address would be a huge help.
